IC Day 2024 - Club Tennis Llafranc

Ayer jueves 14 de marzo celebramos nuestro primer IC Day del año, esta vez en las magníficas instalaciones del Club Tennis Llafranc y con los miembros del ILTCE mayores de 70 y de 80 años. Ellos han sido siempre referentes tenísticos en nuestro país y hoy nos han dado otra lección de buen tenis y, sobretodo, de fairplay, camaradería y buen humor.

Los jugadores, repartidos en cuatro grupos, llamados Manuel Orantes, Lis Arilla, Jaume Bartrolí y Andrés Gimeno, disputaron series de partidos de dobles a 4 juegos, resultando ganador el grupo Manuel Orantes y Montse Boter como MVP del torneo. 

A continuación se sirvió un excelente almuerzo en el restaurante del propio club.

Press Release - IC Website Management

New Company Takes Over IC Websites

From January 1^st 2018, a new company will take over the maintenance and updating of the IC suite of websites for the IC Council.

Vicky Swift of Westover Computing has been contracted to the IC for 14 years and is retiring for personal reasons. We would like to thank her for her tireless efforts in continuingly seeking to develop and upgrade our websites and wish her well for the future.

Her place will be taken by Karen Hutchings of Pure Systems who will do the same work as Vicky did and we welcome her to the International Club.

Natasha Starling will continue in her role, responsible for the look and feel of the IC Council site, eliciting stories from ICs throughout the world on events and matches which are of general interest, requesting articles to be posted on the Council site, as well as coordinating Karen’s workload.
